Good communication skills plays major role in facilitating people on the way to success.

Good communication skills can enable people to learn many good ideas and gain experience from others
people all around. Everyone has his their own specialty and weakness. By communicating with other people well, people could realize many weaknesses they have, and at the meantime, take measures to make them up in order to, thus people make progress their advance. For example, these days I have no idea how to write my personal statement to outstand make myself attractive. I have make several conversations with one my elder schoolmate who has already been to US. He told me us that I should descript one or two aspect, especially for my me majoring engineering, I should make full descriptions about my achievements in my major. (He suggested me that I should describe one or two aspects which covered my major achievements in engineering)I learned a lot from this communication.

Good communication skills can could help you make a closer relationship with other members in a team. It is the common fact that every members (every 后面应该加名次单数) has own solution when facing one problem and target.（it is common that every member of the team has his/her own solution to solve a
certain problem in order to reach the target） If
Without good communication with each other, it could result in fierce quarrel and even lead to fight, which terribly impede the whole team to make progress. When Facing different opinions, people should communicate their own benefits and weakness with others member, and choose a better solution as a target of their team. (people should calm down and communicate wi)
Thus(Therefore), the more cooperative the team, the more possibility they will achieve.

Good communication skills can make venture investment familiar with what a team specialize in and attract more investment for a group , thus the group will be more successful. from them. In modern society, money is important to a business team. （在这里应加一句，说明钱对于公司的成功发展有很重要的联系。从而加强文章内容与题目联系，ps：题目中“成功”也是很重要的一部分）Meanwhile, there are a lot of ways to attract investment. One the most effective way is, through good communication with venture investment companies, to show specialize of the team and the quality of team members. The venture investments decide whether make an investment on the team according to the team's potential in this major and their quality. Undoubtedly, the better communication skill to show them, the more money they will get. Surely they will be more successful.

To sum up, good communication skills provide people with more good ideas, closer relationship with others and more money invest on them. It contributes people and their team to achieve success.


尾段呼应了题目，不过感觉主体段如果也能重视下紧扣题目会使文章看来更加紧凑，有说服力。
