MY ANSWER:
Thanks for your calling , but I think there are a few questions needed to be corrected . First ,  I ordered the part ink roller , not ink cartridges . So you should ship me ink roller. Second, the scheduled  repaired date in my service report form  was Augest 9, not Augest 15. So ink roller must arrieve on Augest 8. As you said , I will  notice the technician  as soon as  I recieve the part. Please note these and if you have any problem , call me . We will discuss and solve it together.

According to employee training manual, we have done some work on it .Frist , six people of the management team have came up with a series of draft revisions. Second, we have sended some to the management team for them to decide.They chose what they wanted, approved it, and sent it right back to us to prepare the final form for printing.  That means now we have the final form and prepare  to be printed.  We expect the employee training manual will be distributed on Tuesday next week. So  the training workshop will be started on Friday.
