楼上你那段话是CEC经验类移民对于留学生教育条件的解释，移民局认可这样的学历背景是符合CEC条件，但不代表它符合PGWP工签的审核条件，官方没有说的不要主动联想哦~

楼主你设计的路线应该符合这个特例：
A student attends a foreign post‑secondary institution and transfers to an accredited provincial or territorial post‑secondary institution in Canada in order to complete their studies. Under this scenario, if the qualifying educational credential is issued at an institution outside of Canada, they would not qualify for a Post‑Graduation Work Permit. However, if they did receive their educational credential from a recognized Canadian educational institution/training institution, they may be eligible for a Post‑Graduation Work Permit only for the length of time they studied in Canada.

注意看这段话，“if the qualifying educational credential is issued at an institution outside of Canada, they would not qualify for a Post‑Graduation Work Permit”，如果你的学位最终是国内颁发，你的这段交流经历在申请PGWP时是不被认可的。注意我说的是在PGWP的标准下，申请CEC移民是可能被认可的。“However, if they did receive their educational credential from a recognized Canadian educational institution/training institution, they may be eligible for a Post‑Graduation Work Permit only for the length of time they studied in Canada.”
所以如果你是两个加拿大的一年学位，是可能加权为2年的教育背景，但是你的交流项目不符合。

提个建议，大学刚毕业就读MBA?一般好的MBA都是需要工作经验的，以楼主现在的背景去读MBA，就算有三年工签,在加国的工作前景也不会明朗！请谨慎考虑！

我主要是看楼主提两年教育背景换三年签证的事，所以先联想到CEC了，至于工签长度的话，那个交流项目确实需要再确认一下~

最好的办法就是打电话去CIC问。个人也觉得是1年，交流生不算。就算以后申请移民（例如CEC），你在加拿大的第一年也不会算，毕竟你的毕业证书不是加拿大大学的。

申请CEC的是算的，楼上已经贴出官方的解释了！

“an additional year of education, obtained in Canada”这里面并没有强调必须receive an Canadian educational credential.

猜姐,我想问下,如果我在加拿大读完本科,然后接着申请1年的研究生,那么我研究生毕业后申请的工作签证是几年的呢??这个算2个program吧.是3年还是1年啊...迷茫中阿.....
我本科和研究生可能也不再同一个学校...我看cic好像也没说这个,..但是看到说直接从国内来读研究生的,1年制的,可以读完一个接着在读一个...那意味着本科也是和研究生的时间都能计算到申请work permit的长度里面码????谢谢亚..
