I just took my TSE exam. I guess I'm not doing well in this test.

Below was the question in my test.
Picture story
1) A women went to a hotel. She check-in in the lobby and get her room. She went to her room and started to write a letter. While she was writing a letter, another family open her room's door. They found out that both of them get the same room.
2) Imagine that you are the women in the picture. Call the desk office and make a complain.
3) People have different opinion about stay in friend or relatives places when they are travelling (or go to somewhere, forgot ). Please give the advantages for each of this.

4) People have different opinion on go through musuem on tour guide or by themselves. Give your opinion.
5) A pie chart
6) Let say the director of the Taylor school will going to retire soon. Please give your ideas that the new director should have what cababilities in order can become the director of the Taylor school. (Something like that..)

7) Announment
8) Someone leave a msg to you complaint that he had ordered two dozen telescope and he only received 18 telescope. So there is short of 6 telescope. So you have to return his call and try to solve the problem.

9) Someone did not receive the Staff Meeting Agenda. He left a msg to you and said that he remember the schedule. But you find out that there is diffirent from the agenda. Call him and tell him the error and give more than one suggestion to him.
10) Your colleague is back to work from a very extended holiday because he/she (man, I also forgot whether is he/she...) is sick. You come to her/his desk and you have to do the following.
- say the greeting
- mention about your colleague health problem.
- update your colleague about the new workload in the office. (should be more or else like this.)

There are all together 12 questions. But I guess I am getting old. haha .

Hope everyone of you can do your best in the exam.
Maybe I am gonna to take the exam AGAIN!!!! This is TOO BAD!!!....hai
