大家给帮忙看看这个奖学金是怎么回事？

这是我OFFER里的话：

I am pleased to inform you that you have also been awarded a Graduate Research Assistantship at the level of $29,000 for the 2011-2012 academic year ($2,416.67 per month). Contingent upon your satisfactory academic performance, this award may be renewed for the second year. The Assistantship requires continuous full-time enrollment. Tuition and fees for your studies are included in the Assistantship, as well as health benefits.

这是指每个月给你2400多刀，这些钱一部分是用来交学费、健康保险和其他费用的？还是指这2400多都是生活费，而学费保险等项是项目给另交的啊？

这是学校FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE里的介绍，我觉得和我OFFER里的RA奖学金有点差异：

Research assistantships are provided to virtually all Ph.D. students. Students entering with funding from GSBS are offered assistantships for the first two years of study.  Assistantships are also offered by Programs, Departments, or individual faculty within GSBS. These awards require no service other than degree-related academic activities. They include:

• a stipend of $26,000 per annum in 2009-10
• payment of the student’s tuition and required fees (valued at over $3,000 for a full-time student who registers for the 12-month academic year in 2009-10)
• multiple health insurance plans are available
