嗯 好的呢~谢谢批改~~我会加强词汇的积累和运用的~~感觉现在在积累gre词汇，但是没有掌握它们的用法，也不敢乱用呢~~

12-4号的issue提纲，第一篇相当于习作了。。。思路和字句都出来了，最后一个提纲没来的及列~
明天完成

嗯完成了第一篇的正文，并且加上了第四篇的提纲，重新上传附件
21 Laws should be flexible enough to take account of various circumstances, times, and places. 法律应该根据不同的环境、时期和地点而足够灵活。
Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the statement and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position.
完整的文章：
        Our society is developing in a rather rapid speed, not only we people have to adapt to the speeding society, but also our companies, our countries and almost everything around us. Then, how can laws not be flexible enough to the society?
        Laws are made to solve many problems in our society, and if it is not suitable to our society, it can bring about many problems.
        Firstly, the authority of laws will be damaged. Laws are established by a group of authorized people in legislators which are enforced to any person under the jurisdiction of the government. And they are of great authority, if they are not suitable to the society and wrongly enforce people to do wrong things, people will suspect their authority. Thus, influencing the execution of laws.
Besides, the social development will be restricted. Population and Family Planning is suitable to China several years ago, for the population was booming. But nowadays, China’s population is aging at unprecedented levels, the law of Family planning is no more suitable to China. The laws will aggravate the aging problem. So the laws should be set by the time and circumstances.
Lastly, the interests of people will be harmed. Once there was a citizen, he was suspected by the police and brought to the police station. According to the newest laws he should be sent back home if policemen have no certification to charge him. If the law hasn’t been updated, the citizen even probably will be sent to prison without any reason.
       How important it is to making flexible laws! While it is quit difficult to considering all kinds of circumstances, times, and places.
       To begin with, people who making the laws are with limited knowledge, and it is difficult to think of every possible situation to make a certain law. Then come to the second, time limitation. And last but not least, Too much consideration on different situation also weaken the binding of the laws.
Just like the process of developing a software, we should explicit the laws binding range, considering its suitability under the range. Then, thinking various of situations to the law. And if possible, Adding an time limit, checking the binding of the law in time and modify it in time. Thus we will have flexible laws that promote our social evolution rapidly and healthily.
