之前写了个模板，刚刚限时（超时了5分钟），在听了三遍听力以后完成的，大家狠狠的拍啊！
为了方便大家看，我再补个提纲：
1.可以促进新的植物
2.可以引入新的动物
3.大火不是每年都发生，所以不会影响游客数量

the reading passage deals with the issue of “let it burn ”policy. the professor explores the same topic, however, she does not subscribe the idea mentioned in the passage and argues that fire plays an important role in ecological cycle and sometimes it is not destructive but creative. she presents three sufficient evidence that describe the situations after the big fire in Yellowstone to buttress her view.

firstly, although reading passage asserts that fire do harm to plants, professor insists that fire can cause a tremendous positive impact on vegetation. according to the professor, once the area was scorched, it was a good chance for new plants to grow, which means growing number of species can add adversity to the certain area. for example, small tress , which need more open and unshaded land, are emerged; seeds, which can only be geminated under heat, are able to grow.

in addition, in stark contrast to the point that animals are likely to be affected, the professor argues oppositely that not only animals are able to recover, but also new type of animals are likely to emerged. small trees contribute an ideal habitat for rabbits and hares to live in. and then predators, which feed on rabbits, could thrive as well, so that to strengthen the food chain in this area.

finally, professor asserts that forest fire won’t lead to decreasing number of tourists to come which totally contradict the counterpart mentioned in the reading passage. since it is rare for forest fire to occur every year. what happened in Yellowstone in 1988 was an exception due to low rainfalls and strong winds. and since then, Yellowstone has never witnessed similar big fire, and the number of tourists has never be affected.
