1. You need register for an account from NUS offical website before you submit your application.
2. After your registeration, you will get your login account and password.
3. Use the login account and password to log in and fill all the items which are mandatory, then you need to submit the application after you complete all the items.
3. After submission of your online application, you can choose to pay either online or by cheque.
4. last but not the least, you need to send out all the paper-based supporting documents to NUS via post(EMS,DHL,etc.), if you choose to pay by cheque, you need to also send out the cheque with the documents.
