忘记是在哪里下的了，似乎是taisha
里面有一些真题
内容有点乱，图片常常没法显示
我试试按照年份来贴一下真题和解答吧^_^

The residents of Parkville are very concerned about the cities appearance.  There are garbage cans located all over the city to prevent people from polluting the streets with garbage. [B]Possible Answer: [/B] [I][B]I think one of the advantages of living in an apartment building is that people don't have to worry as much about property maintenance compared to those who live in a privately owned house.  Since there is a building manager for apartments, residents don't have to spend much time making repairs.  The building manager will see that the building's grounds and facilities are well cared for.  On the other hand, living in a privately owned house allows people more privacy than living in an apartment building.  Homeowners don't have to worry as much about their neighbors being disturbed by loud music or wild children playing in a privately owned house.  Also, homeowners may feel more pride because they have a place of their own separated from others.[/B] [/I]

They went downtown and saw a poster for a concert by a famous opera singer that would begin at 8:00 p.m.  It was the last performance.  They decided to take a bus and waited for one hour, however, a bus didn't come.  Finally, in a hurry, they took a taxi instead.  The taxi got caught in a traffic jam on the way to the theater.  When they got to the theater, all the tickets had already been sold out, so they couldn't attend the concert.  It was a very disappointing night for both of them. [/B] [/I]

  5.  How could they have done to prevent this situation? (45 seconds)

[B] Possible Answer:  [/B] [I][B]I think they should have made a reservation before they left for the opera.  They could have called and asked for two tickets to be reserved for them.  If they had done that they could have attended the opera even though they were a little late.  Also, they should have planned more carefully so that they could have avoided the heavy traffic.  People in cities generally know when the traffic is worst.  They could have planned to leave at a time when the traffic wouldn't be so heavy. [/B] [/I]

  6.  I heard there is a music performance being held locally tonight.  I really enjoy attending music performances.  Please recommend a music performance you think I should attend. (45 seconds)

[B]Possible Answer: [/B] [I][B]I know that you like jazz music very much, and I heard that Eric Clapton is in town and will be performing this Saturday night.  Last year I attended one of his concerts and it was very entertaining.  He interacted a lot with the audience, which helped me to see what a funny and kind person he really is.  But the best thing, of course, was his music.  He sang all of my favorite songs, such as Tears in Heaven and Alberta.  I had a great time that night, and think you would probably really enjoy his concert too.  [/B] [/I]

Of course, the winter had the lowest number of people using the outdoor pool, but more than 140 people used the indoor pool during the winter. [/B] [/I]

[B] Possible Answer: [/B] [I][B]My favorite outdoor activity is skiing. I grew up in the Rocky Mountain area of Western United States.  Every winter I went skiing with my father and friends.  Whenever I go into the mountains I feel so free.  The scenery is so beautiful and the air is so fresh.  One of the great things about skiing is that you get great exercise in a beautiful environment.  I enjoy skiing down steep slopes and whenever possible I like to jump.  Skiing is so exciting.  Whenever the first snow falls each winter, I get so anxious to pull out my skis and get them ready.  Just talking about it makes me so homesick to go skiing. [/B] [/I]

  9.  When you have free time which do you prefer, reading a book or watching a movie? (45 seconds)

[B] Possible Answer: [/B] [I] [B]When I have free time I prefer reading a good book.  There are so many interesting things to read about, but not enough time to read.  Every time I go to a bookstore I get a little sick to my stomach because I have such a hard time choosing the books I want to buy.  If I had enough money I would probably buy them all.  Although I would like to read every book, I usually enjoy reading biographies the most.  It is always so interesting to learn about other's life experiences and character. [/B]    [/I]

  10.  What do you think you will be doing five years from now? (45 seconds)

[B] Possible Answer:  [/B] [I][B]Five years from now I think I will be working as a teacher in a large and famous language institute.  These days I prepare diligently to improve my teaching ability by studying important teaching methods.  Also, I always try to evaluate myself and my work so that I can learn from my mistakes as well as my successes.  Perhaps, in five years I will have a better office, a faster computer, and many more students than I have now.  If I continue working diligently, I'm sure that my life will be much better five years from now.[/B] [/I]

11.  Many say that children's life is better today than fifty years ago. Do you agree or disagree?  Please explain.  (60 seconds)

[B]Possible Answer: [/B] [I] [B]I agree that children's lives are better today than they were fifty years ago.  These days children have so many opportunities to do fun and exciting activities with their friends and teachers.  For example, children can go to a dinosaur museum and learn about the huge animals that once roamed the earth.  Also,  there are art museums, amusement parks, Zoos, and special children parks where children can run, play, and learn together.  Fifty years ago such facilities were not as common as they are today.  As society has advanced and developed, it has tried to provide better places of entertainment and education for young people.
