4.16场雅思考试，6.16复议成功！经验分享回馈！

楼主耐着性子等了整整一个半月，是整整一个半月啊！并没有像之前其他复议成功的网友所说的，四周结果就下来，等到最后一周的时候，楼主几乎天天早上和晚上各要刷一次网页，13日晚上准时看到结果。好在楼主还在工作，所以没有时间胡思乱想，废话不多说，简明扼要地分享下复议过程！


楼主今年总共考了2次，两场都在福建师范大学的考点。大四的时候考过一次雅思，当时6.5分，口语也是怒摔只有5.5（楼主一直觉得自己口语至少6.5的水准），但因为当时决定工作两年后在申请学校，也就不了了之。
今天2月考了一场，当时四门考出来的结果是L:6.5，R:8, S:5.5,W:5.5，真正冲刺的时间只有不到两周，虽然阅读拿了高分，但楼主对其他三科结果实在不满意，也觉得复议的结果未必会尽如人意，与其等6周，还不如再考一次，于是又报了4月那场。
四月那场一考完，楼主就为爱奔到北京去，从北京回来收到成绩单，结果是：L:7.5，R:7，W:6，S:5.5, Over all:6.5。楼主看到成绩单整个就怒了，不单是阅读和听力成绩我表示满意，更关键的是，这次考试楼主几乎把大量的时间都花在准备作文和口语上，口语的Part2话题楼主准备得失滚瓜烂熟，当时考完感觉也十分良好，因而严重怀疑师大考场口语压分严重，楼主一看到成绩单就立即去着了环球雅思的老师，老师帮我评估之后，赞成我去复议，并且认为作文和口语两科都可以复议，希望很大，而且也认为我不应该再在雅思上拉锯战，因为楼主后面还要考gre，楼主当时的心情就是，如果复议不成功，再考也是考托福了。
所以我4月30日网上递交了复议申请，并且付费，5月3日把成绩单原件以及复议信（这个官方复议流程中并无要求，但楼主觉得还是写一封较为稳妥），寄到北京考委会，然后就开始了等待复议结果的漫长之路。

6.13那天，在网上看到的复议结果显示：成绩改变，复议费退回。我心中的石头终于落地，虽然网上看不到成绩到底改了多少，但复议费会退回，就说明我至少有一科的成绩是提高了，而且，复议的1000块也会悉数退回！！！！！！！！！！不能让鬼佬挣了我们的钱！

6.16成绩单寄到，一看到Speaking变成了6.5，我整个人都欢呼雀跃了，因而最后的成绩是：L:7.5, R:7，W:6，S:6.5,总分：7
这不仅是自己对自己评估的正确的结果，也是跟雅思这拨考官斗争胜利的结果！

Dear Officer,

My name is XXX, a candidate who took the IELTS exam on 13th, April, 2013. My Candidate Number is XXXXXXand the Centre Number is XXXX. As a result of the puzzlement of the speaking part and writing part, which is separately only 5.5 and 6.0, this letter is for the reassessment since the other 2 parts is 7.5 and 7.0 in listening and reading respectively.

Like most IELTS candidates, I have a dream of studying abroad, but the difference is that I have more specific goal in mass media and film study, so I am planning to further my study in England now. I chose IELTS instead of TOEFL because I think IELTS is more interesting, humanized and strongly-practical. Now, although I have reached Band 6.5 in total which is a strict admission requirement for most universities, the band 5.5 in speaking part shattered my goal of some universities and the opportunities to acquire scholarship or being a teaching assistant.

The writing and speaking results of previous IELTS I took were both 5.5 in this February, cause I was not satisfied with that result, I chose to take IELTS once again. During this 2 months, I spend a lot of energy preparing writing and speaking , especially practiced spoken English with my foreign friend, compared to last exam, I believed I could get a better result in this exam.

Besides, what I have to mention is that, in 2009 and 2010, when I was an undergraduate student, I took the language test IELTS and reached 6.5 in total twice, but I decided to be a journalist in a HK newspaper in the end, for experiencing a gap-year, so I refused offers from some universities. Since then, I have taken part in several news campaigns of international conferences as a political reporter, interviewing a lot of foreign officials, such as ambassador of Netherlands to China, principal of Senior Asia-Africa Forum and so forth. During those interviews, I could fluently communicate with my interviewees in English and accomplish tasks well. As a result, after 2 years practice, my English has an obviously increase and it is not a problem for me to communicate with others in English in daily life and work.

Taking another exam is extremely inconvenient for me as the exam position is unavailable this year and the deadline for applying universities I dream is imminent, which is July this year. So I would be very grateful if my writing and speaking part to be reassessed. I have paid the reassessment fee online and enclosed my original test report in this envelop.

可以看到，楼主把个人经历也写在复议信当中，我觉得至少可以说明我的诚意。
当时我跟我的外教沟通的时候，他们也觉得我的口语至少在6.5的成绩，所以我总结了几点你可能可以考虑去复议的心得，供大家参考：
1.自信。口语是中国学生较为薄弱的一环，这是教育体制的结果。但事实上，经受了这么多年的英语教育，你在面对考官的时候，只要敢说，状态基本是不会差到哪里去的。当成绩出来的时候，如果不尽如人意，你要好好回忆，当时除了紧张以外，你脱口而出的东西，是不是那么的差劲？要知道雅思的口语考试是face to face,考试的时候不仅仅是那四个考点，还包括一些更为主观的印象，但是在复议的时候，这些面对面所表现出来的东西，录音带里面是看不到的！明白否？就是只要你对自己从录音带里面出来的声音都要有自信的话，就大胆的去复议。
2.客观分数跟主观分数差距太大。这是我们老师的建议，因为差距太大，你有去跟考官negotiation的资本。
3.复议的话，尽量作文和口语一起复议，maybe会有意想不到的惊喜。

会的，我4项全复议，作文多了1，口语多了0.5，然后退了我全款。
