Gist: this article attempts to explain a question that why canon lawyer association failed to effectively implement their disciplinary action standard to their erring members.  Two possible reasons are presented, and the first one is only short discussed and got quitted soon, and then the second reason is discussed more detailed. Specifically, two considerations are embraced . The first one is the comparison between England civil court and E courts. There are more cases for opposing legal professionals. Furthermore, there were many complaints from the church authorities for the failure of taking the moral standards for legal professions. But finally, the author points out the paradox exists because criticism should conduce to the solidarity of the canon lawyers and which can induce their moral standards.
P1 introduce background and  posits the problem of this article. TS the 2nd sentence.
P2 Two interpretations are presented for the problem posed in the first paragraph.
P3 and P4 negate the first interpretation and analyze the 2nd one in detail.  
P5 criticizes the above interpretation by indicating its paradox parts.
Attitude, as far as I concern, the author don't agree that the lawyers are lack of disciplinary action but only for the members in the canon lawyer guild.

可以看看ROBIN的帖子，里面有PEAR法。
五步法试过一段时间，没坚持。
现在感觉GRE阅读还是要练阅读速度，其实逻辑并不难

03 status of birds
this article firstly states that aggressive action is positive related to bird’s status, though, due to aggressive action is highly related with more injuries, so birds would not exactly be aggressive all the time but to project a certain signal to warn others. The theory of darker throat tries to explain this phenomenon, however, it is problematic since the experiment data fails to support this theory’s conclusion. Then another theory is introduced afterward, and the author seems to support this one very much, that is the theory about breast strip width. Finally, a simulate experiment is presented to further bolster this theory.
Gist: breast strip width theory can effectively applied to the phenomenon those birds usually not necessary to act aggressive truly but to show a signal of aggressive to attain their social status.
P1 background. Introduces the phenomenon of possessing attributes to maintain bird’s status. TS: line 10-14   P2 1st theory to explain the problem posed in para1.  P3 Negates the theory in 2nd para and gives reasons for it. P4 Alternative theory is posed here. P5 further evidence for this new theory.
Attitude: support the 2nd theory but is suspicious for the 1st one.

PEAR时候你读完每一段脑子里要过一下你读了什么东西。

GRE或者LSAT都是concrete passage, dense boring, 往往你停都不停直接读下去肯定一团糟。

你所谓的很表面化很可能是因为你停或者不停效果都一样 —— 读不懂。

题目错一半以上说明你没有读懂文章，这个任何方法也拯救不了你，唯有多读，读懂。

是啊，现在放宽点时间读清楚了再去做题。

求问robin，lsat RC的题你是用的什么，历年的preptest么？还是我看有人说的28+1

kaplan的题还是不错的， 28+1 的word 文档连行号都没有， 碰到这样的题都没法做。
