Thank you for getting back with your publications and your specific contributions in those papers. Based on a quick read of your work, I am interested in your background and fit to my current research projects. We are intersted in strain rate temperature depedent constitutive model development for Mg sheet for forming applications. We are extensively involved in both numerical modeling and experimental work related to sheet metal forming and have excellent research facilities.

Typically, very few students are admitted to the Department in the January term. I have made a special request to Ms. XXXX who adminsters the graduate admission process in the Department, to open up the on-line application submission system for a period of 24 hours so that you can complete and submit your application to the Department for the upcoming January term. I suggest that you submit your on-line application immediately and then mail the paper copies of and all other required documents (official transcripts, letters of references, English language proficiency scores etc.) as per the on-line instuctions in the coming weeks.
