我第一封信已经跟教授了我的资料已经送到department了并且马上要轮流给faculty看了， 我现在应该回写什么？光谢谢？还是疯狂读论文什么的。。

那倒不是。。如果方向你喜欢就果断申！！这么回复至少表明他还招人，你学的跟他研究的是对口的。

能不能在下一封信里开始问他学术问题 向口头offer的方向努力？
