Professor Yuanyuan Yang is looking for PhD students for 2014 fall. Applicants interested in Wireless Sensor Networks or Data Center Networks are encouraged to apply. Prof. Yang is IEEE Fellow and the director of graduate program in Electrical and Computer Engineering Department in Stony Brook University. The research topics in our group are hot in top conferences such as INFOCOM, IPDPS, etc. It's a good choice for students aiming at development in academia and industry. Both Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering programs are available. The location of the campus is also nice. Stony Brook locates at Long Island, where the whether is nice and the neighborhood is secure. New York City is 1-hour drive or 2-hour train away. The Chinese supply is convenient to get since one of the largest China town in US - Flushing is also 1 hour drive away. We also have friendly Chinese student community here.
