【作文】17Nov13考场快报：装精失败，心有余悸

方才杀T归来，但是貌似没杀成。现在颇有“人为刀俎，我为鱼肉”，英雄末路之黯然魂殇。一切的悲剧都源于装精（耗时耗力琢磨句型，复查错误），装得貌似都走题了（当然，过分轻敌也是暗藏之隐患——笔者因备考时间仓促，武断放弃了作文模考，以致考场掐时不准）。望读者引以为戒。

综合写作满分应该无忧，出问题的是独立作文。首先恭喜小马又标中大头，此题正是小马过河《2013年11月17日小范围机经》“北美套题一级重点第1套”之独立写作题！（唯惜笔者作文复习仅列过提纲，未曾完整写过一篇）如有本月23/24号上场的看官，务必留意该系列资料，小马过河论坛有下。机经此物，一言以蔽之，不依赖，但是也不放弃！

废话不多说，入正题。除了提醒后续考生，我其实想求教一下知悉者（尤其是行家们，请不吝指教哇），我这种情况大概是个什么下场。。。假设综合写作满分的话，独立写作弄成这样（没写完不说，最终字数比综合都少，200词多一点的样子。。。），作文总分大概是个什么水平？这是我最关心的问题，因为我的项目12月初申请截止，托福成绩是个问题。
(考试到后面，察觉到时间紧迫，有些胡言乱语，而且诸多删节，一言难尽。以下内容毁了大家心情的话，还请大家见谅)

标题：
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? We can learn about a person from the books and movies that person likes.

作答（回忆内容，大概是这样啦）：
Modern civilization, as is termed and acquainted by us, has rapidly developed in recent decades due to the incredibly emerging knowledge of science and nature by human. With respect to individuals, this knowledge therefore reasonably serves as an indicator of one’s extent of civilization. Books and movies, two characteristic symbols of this knowledge, will then help us learn much about a person.

Fairly speaking, more often than not, one who has fondness or even enthusiasm for books, cannot get too bad. Much as some of us may pride themselves on their capability of possessing material wealth, they are virtually poor, sometimes devastated, in the realms of spiritual satisfaction. Though the society nowadays is so prosperous and the desires for properties are so overwhelming, some other people can constantly spare some time for wisdom and ideas conveyed by descent books. They are exactly those who we can make friends with.

As for movie, a higher-level form of human’s spiritual pursuits, it can actually reflect what is deep inside a person’s mental world in some sense. People’s appreciation of the society will then effectively

楼主如果继续模板永远都不会提高。。。你的文章和题目基本没什么关系。我目测你上次独立写作应该是limited。。。最多小fair。。。

我估计楼主是被某些老师害惨了。

我就举一个不足吧，这句话：due to the incredibly emerging knowledge of science and nature by human.

楼主花时间雕琢的，其实是美国人最不喜欢的style。美国喜欢动词。这句话如果美国人写，应该是一个because/since 然后接一句主谓宾的东西。

如果楼主有时间，建议从头做起，推荐几本书：

the elements of style
on writing well
style toward clarity and grace

木有用模板，都是自己瞎捉摸的。。。我觉得这次是鬼迷心窍了，独立写作净跟自己较劲在，写几句又删了，然后反过来看看之前写的。而且越写越深奥，后面才发现自己偏了，删了更多。。。上一次考托福是10年了，写作25分的样子，具体是什么等级我不太记得清了，不过应该是没有limited的

现在唯一的希望就是rater手下留情，写作不致于太致命。如此，100+还有希望:dizzy:

独立要是没写好一般都是3，再怎么低也就低到2分。如果综合是满分5分，那平均分别就是4分或者3.5分，对应的总分就是24或者22分
