Dear Jennifer,

I would like to ask why the law shool estabilsh LLM program? Some people say it is for the professional lawyers to gain knowledge in some fixed field, such as IP, human rights. However, some others say that it is just for the international students to get cured in knowledge without the JD background to be eligable for the bar examinations. I would like to hear your opinion. Thanks very much.

I also want to know the possibility of receiving the scholarship from LLM program. What about the situation in your school and other ones in USA? Your answers are appreciated very much.
