李同学本身对于反家暴、环保这类社会问题比较关注,留学之前包括留学期间,别人谈起这些社会问题,谈起中国的这些社会问题的时候,李同学说她可能只是无力的说一句“Yes, I know these problems.”但是对于“How to solve these problems?”却束手无策,或者说根本无从下手。去了Umich之后,她结实了很多志同道合并且执行力很强的人,让她可以实实在在地参与其中,并且切实地去做一些事情,解决一些问题,改变一些人。回国之后,工作之外的时间几乎都用在了她所感兴趣的活动上,她喜欢文艺、传媒,喜欢教育、喜欢跟商业有关的事情、喜欢跟不同的人交流学习、更喜欢参与与反家暴和环保这类社会问题有关的公益活动,这些活动让她觉得自己在真真切切地做一些事情,一些可能影响周围的事情,一些对社会有益的事情。
