Document Checklist

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
All documents in Chinese must be accompanied by an English or French translation        √

1、Completed “Application for a Study Permit” (IMM 1294). If your spouse or common-law partner and/or children are planning to accompany you, they will need to complete their own application using the appropriate application form.         
2、Completed “Family Composition Information and Details of Education and Employment” form for you, completed in English or French AND Chinese.         
3、Completed “Family Composition Information and Details of Education and Employment” form for your mother and father, completed in English or French AND Chinese.         
4、Two (2) photos. All photos must meet the requirements of the Photo Specifications Appendix. On the back of one photo in each set, write the name and date of birth of the person appearing in the photo.         
5、Your valid passport. There must be one completely blank page other than the last page, available in the passport and the passport must be valid for at least six (6) months prior to travel.         
6、Copy of your national identity document (two sides)         
7、The correct processing fee in the acceptable format (refer to the Fee Schedule). Fee is non-refundable. If you need to give your biometrics, the $85 CAD biometric fee covers the VAC service charge.         
8、A copy of the medical examination form given to you by the Panel Physician.         
9、A copy of the Letter of Acceptance from the Admissions/Registrar’s Office of a designated course and Canadian school, showing the exact amount of tuition fees you are required to pay, the anticipated starting and finishing dates, the latest date you may register. Please see above for which course of studies and schools are eligible for this option.         
10、The “Use of representative” form (IMM 5476E) if someone has assisted you in making this application         
11、Custodianship Declaration from your parent(s) and from the custodian in Canada if you are under 18 years of age (for schools in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec and Saskatchewan) or under 19 years of age (for schools in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, North West Territories, Nunavut and the Yukon). The Custodianship Declaration can be obtained at www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/pub/custodian-parent.pdf         
12、If studying in Québec, evidence of a valid Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ).         
A notarized copy of any University or College Diploma granted, plus transcripts for any program for which you are currently enrolled. If you have not yet graduated, please indicate your expected date of graduation and whether you will receive a degree, diploma or certificate.         
13、A notarized copy of your Senior Middle School Graduation Certificate and Transcripts with the chop of your school’s Registrar’s Office.         
14、Submit an IELTS test result form showing average 6 or higher or a TEF test result form showing score of B2/level 4 or a recognized Canadian High School diploma from a Canadian curriculum High School in China, or transcripts showing completion of two years of a Canadian curriculum post-secondary university 2+2 program.         
15、A notarized copy of your No Criminal Activity Certificate. You must obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.

16、A copy of an approved Certificate from a participating Canadian Financial Institution showing that you have deposited sufficient funds to support yourself for your first year of studies in Canada.         
17、Proof that you have paid your first year of tuition, or a bank certificate showing funds in the amount of your first year’s tuition.         
18、Original letters of employment from your current employer (if applicable) and the current employer of each of your parents or any other person who is supporting your studies, including: full name, address and telephone number of the employer; length of service, position, salary for the last two years, and any bonuses and additional income.

我是第10条和11条不要，其他都要。现在就是希望走过路过的给我指正一下：
1、还需要什么材料我是忽略的？
2、study plan据论坛里说最好有是吗？高中毕业证书需要公证吗？
3、开GIC大家推荐哪个银行比较好？
4、存款证明开多少比较合适？存满一年的学费会比较危险是吗？
5、就是学费不是自己付的，那资助人证明需要开吗？

希望论坛里的大神小神给我意见和建议，以免签证漏掉材料等。跪谢~~~~~~

2. SP如果本科读Master，Master读PhD，不用。交了反而画蛇添足拖慢审理速度。读Master或PhD不用交高中毕业证。

3. 大部分人选择RBC或者光大。

4. 最少Cover第一年学费，多一点比较好。

5. 谁是资助人谁就要开收入证明。不需要资助人证明这种东西。
