Job Description:
- PC installation, setup and maintenance.
- PC software installation.
- Network installation, setup and maintenance.
- Additional device installation based upon Business requirement.
- Assist the transport of equipment.
- Provide remote maintenance to customer via telephone.
- Help customer solve hardware failure.
- Due to business requirement, working overtime or abroad may be required.
- Weekend duty is required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- 1 year experience in PC support, installation & troubleshoot
- Experience in PC (Windows XP/7/Server) hardware, software, networking, printer configuration, MS Office related applications and anti-virus software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
