关于加拿大学签新政策的问题

本人由于各种问题
一直到5.30才递签 然后碰到周末 签证中心收到材料已经是6.2了
这时候签证新政已经实施了
然后今晚收到了滑铁卢给的邮件

We are emailing you today to inform you that a Designated Learning Institution number is required when you apply for your study permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. The Designated Learning Institution number for the University of Waterloo is  O19305471522. Please be sure to include this number on your study permit application form.

然后上面的链接点进去后是这么说的
To apply for a study permit on or after June 1, 2014, you will need a letter of acceptance from a designated learning institution. You need to include the Designated Learning Institution number (DLI #), which is the number that begins with the letter “O”, on your application form.

之前的通知书上是没有这个号码的，然后学校特意发邮件来说学校的号码是多少。
那么我现在需要补交这个号码上去吗？
