前面开场白占用了8秒，有点长了，可以精简一下，直入主题，毕竟45S很短，尽量不要浪费在没意义的陈述上~
19~more specifically you need to 。。。your time 这句听的不清，是我的问题，词汇和听力不行...
中间有几处还是没听出，应该都是我的问题，我就不一一列举了
最后说完win their respect后还剩几秒，可以补句 raise up your salary 之类的

task2：
实在听不出什么...

同学，语音语调太棒了，好像有股纯正的英腔，喜欢得不能更多~
逻辑结构也不错，内容细节也足够充分~一个小意见是，你可以在内容上多琢磨下，既然你语速很快，就要把时间充分利用好，尽量多说点细节性的东西~
总之，各方面都很好，恕我不能给你提供好的意见~说的不对也请包涵~

没有啦，谢谢~你的意见很中肯，我确实内容上不太行，每次都是想到什么就说什么没怎么细琢磨过~很感谢你的建议，我会努力滴~~

楼主语音语调太赞了。

24s express过去式expressed
42s diligent是非常正式的说法，不是万不得已最好别用，industrious相对好一点，hardworking也可以
没有别的，流利度太赞了

T2其他都很好
最后by the way有点跳戏，扯回了前面会觉得累的问题。
是不是发现时间还有好多随口说的呢？
我觉得按feel exhausted 的时候，会在课上睡着，老师会不开心。然后转折，whereas if I work in the evening, blabla~~~~~~~~~~~~这个逻辑顺序更顺畅一点

语音语调流利度都太赞了，拜一下~

I think it's happy to chat with older members of the family.(4s) I personally love chatting with my

grandparents very much.(7s) For one thing, they are more experienced than me. They underwent a lot of

things while I isn't.and they got to a lot things， maybe the difficulties and hardships that I

can not even imagine. After chatting with them, I always felt that... I learn a lot from them and

summarize the important points and put into practice in real life.I mean when I meet the same kind

of difficulties I know how to handle them and I won't be helpless.I think it's really useful way

for us to learn.
可能有漏听和听错的地方，整体基本没有语法错误，中间有几处停顿，应该影响不大。楼主的语速语音都很棒，同上，应该是很标准的英音范吧。
我就从内容上说吧，整体逻辑比较清晰，也可以参考ben的口语建议，就是可以举出具体的例子，这种情况针对不知道说什么内容或比较乱的时候比较好，楼主这一段已经很不错了。
T2
词汇量很足，描述也比较准确。第二点可能是最后发现时间不够补充的吧，有些卡，多练习，更好地把握口语的时间和节奏，应该能进步很快。
抱歉，改晚了，楼主如果是按考试要求一次录制就这么好的话，那水平已经很高了，期待楼主的高分！

嘿嘿，没有那么厉害，其实我录了两三遍吧，还有很大差距。。

我觉得现在是练习，毕竟不是真的考试，没必要一开始练就卡时间，像咱们又不是口语大牛，思路都还没整理好怎么能说的顺畅呢，我觉得练习的时候多花点时间积累没关系。
当然这只是我的拙见~
