写作22，求指导

上次考试只有22分，双f，我之前有请同学帮我看，他说我的作文写的太中式了，没有语感，然后建议我读gre作文，我现在只剩16天的复习时间了。
大概之前在看《十天》那本书，主要就是背单词跟连接词什么的。这是上次考前的一篇文章，现在跟之前也差不多，求指导，我老觉得看范文好像也不知道看什么，就觉得人家写的很好，也不知道该怎么用来提高自己，真的是很迷茫。或者有没有什么推荐的范文来看，感觉g的作文读起来都觉得不舒服。。。谢谢大家！
3 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The food we ate in the past was healthier than the food we eat today?

Food, which is of the essence to people, has been changing over time. There are more kind of food that we can select now while we have limited food to eat in the past, but it not means food is better with more selection. For me, I do think food is healthier in the past than food we eat today.

It is obvious that there are much more pesticide added into plants, which will do harm to health. That can be verified by the following two reasons. For one thing, the population of pest have been largening and the species of insect have been increasing; hence, farmers have to put more farm chemical to the plants, guaranteeing the output of crops. For another, the injurious become resistant to pesticide, just as the bacteria resisting to antibiotics. As a result, scientists need to create more powerful pesticide, which is also more noxious to human’s health.

Additionally, businessman will make food poisonous for getting more interest. This point can be explained by the example of Sanlu milk powder. They add melamine, a kind of chemical substance injuring infant’s brain, into the milk powder. Then they can be inspected as acceptable products while don not have enough protein. so the company can obtain a lot of profit. The event caused damage to many children and their parents. There are also many examples, such as using rotten chicken in the fast food, etc.

Even if there is not so many objective factors, people may choose unhealthy food, such as fast food, since the pace of life have been accelerated. Especially the workers in the big cities and students, who don not have enough time to have a luxurious meal, would like to eat them. But clearly, if they eat fast food for a long term, it will have an impairment to them. It also can be illustrated by the situation that there are more and more people get obesity.

To conclude, even though more choices people have today, there are also so many factors do harm to human. Not only others may add things noxious into food, but also people may have to choose unhealthy food. So It food people eat in the past that are healthier than they eat today.
