求助申请库伯联盟的一个小问题

我在申请的时候create account了，然后进去以后点my application准备创建新的申请，可是再之后就没有链接可以点了，j就是那个application list，但是没有超链接根本进行不下去。
希望申请过的和正在申请的人能给予指导，谢谢。

谢谢。
可是进去以后每次我点“start an application”之后都会出现 application list 界面
那个界面上我什么都干不了。
不知道是怎么回事呢？

是点击Create An Account之后，然后填写一些基础性个人信息吗？

不是 填完了。
然后我点击start an application 之后
是这个界面，
