For your information, we are seeking a middle-level associate with 3 years of post-qualification experience to join our corporate advisory team in providing top domestic and foreign corporations operating within China general corporate legal services.  

REQUIREMENTS
(i)        Graduated from a top tier law school with a Bachelor’s degree or above;
(ii)        Qualified to practice in the PRC;
(iii)        3 years of experience doing corporate transactional work for an international law firm;
(iv)        Experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity venture capital, banking and securities, IP and dispute resolution areas is a plus.
