请在海内外的兄弟姐妹给给建议，重要！！！！

我正申请读博士，基本情况是硕士毕业后在科学院研究所工作了四年，已婚，
老婆在职读西医研究生1年级。
去年申请赴美读博三千被拒。今年美国老板友给了全奖（专业排名第一，Austin）,
荷兰TUD(Delft)也给了全奖。
澳洲uq也准备给全奖，但情况见下面的教授的e-mail.

对于我来说，Austin的情节不散，还想试试。
澳洲的学校次之，
最后是荷兰的。
我的问题是：

1。这几个国家的签证之间是否有影响？

2。具体签时，可行的顺序？

3。另外，澳洲的uq老板给我的回答，使我不知如何做决定。
    如果我决定uq，外一10个月后，phd scholarship没有，我怎么办？
    背景：
    e-mail中的Dr.Zhao是我在一次会议中认识的（但也只是见过一次面），
    当时说起我在找PhD职位，他说回到澳大利亚帮我留心，中间通过一些
    e-mail并把我的申请材料递了过去, 过了1个月后，Dr.Zhao回信说，
    他跟他的Director Kamy（45岁，他们中心唯一的正教授，系里有4个正教授）
    谈过我的事，Kamy比较感兴趣,我又在补充了材料。这两天，有了这样消息。


请在国外经历丰富的兄弟姐妹给给建议，谢谢大家！

    Dr. Zhao has passed me your cv and copies of papers and you
are interested in pursuing a Ph.D. at our Centre. I am happy to
say we are interested in your application and I am optimistic
we will be able to offer you a scholarship by 2005 although
I must let you know that this cannot be guaranteed 100% at this
point in time. To avoid delays and given the liklihood we will be
able to offer you a scholarship starting in 2005, we would like to
invite you to commence supercomputer research for a period of 10
months with application to hot energy as well as aaa modelling.
During this period, we will pay you a living allowance equivalent
to a Ph.D. scholarship for living costs. In addition, we will
provide an airfare for you and your wife.

Please let me know if you will accept this visiting offer and CC to
Trent Buroz (Buroz@aaa.edu.au) who would make the necessary
arrangements and to Dr.Zhao who will co-supervise your work here.

Note that I have not had an opportunity to investigate
administrative issues so until this is done, the offer
is subject to administrative and visa issues being resolvable.
Dr.Zhao can provide additional information on the research topic
should you require it.

既然没人回复，俺就给你增添一点人气。据我所知，澳洲的奖学金很难拿到，而且入学后能否持续拿到也很重要。这么来说，偶还是倾向于美国的offer，因为美国的奖学金相对容易拿，尽管签证比较难申请。但一般全奖申请成功的机会应该很大的，只要你准备充分一些。

你很难放弃美国的，至少也会试一试。鉴于工作了几年，又已经结婚，签美国机会还是很大的。另外我个人越来越倾向欧洲了，以后的机会可能也不少，把LP再弄过去，不像现在美国签证那么变态。澳洲的学术圈子可能没有欧洲大吧？
