coursework会不会像zerostuck说的是短板呢？可以选PhD core at Harris,但是policy方向。是不是比纯econ master要偏一些？

再有，不知道是econ dept还是Harris的faculty上课和指导学生研究？有没有大的差别？

well, 因为这个项目说它主要目标是为学生申econ, political science等等的PhD做准备，可以跨个版？

it is much easier to go from econ to policy, than the other way round.......
