that means, no matter how old you are, the incidence rate for sinusitis is constant. ----> only increase of population will lead to increase of the incidence rate for sinusitis.

and "The average age of the United States population will increase" only tell us the average age will increase.

答案应该是C，其实原文的条件太多了，只有2个有用：
1。S发生的几率在所有年龄都一样
2。人们的平均年龄增长了
其它都是没用的说。。。。。不要被迷惑了哦
