The way students and scholars interpret the materials they work with in their academic fields is more a matter of personality than of training. Different interpretations come about when people with different personalities look at exactly the same objects, facts, data, or events and see different things.
As the speaker claims, it [后面是when从句,那么it这里指代的是啥涅] is more a matter of personality than of training when students and scholars interpret the materials they work with in their academic fields [it seems to be a copy of the topic]. As far as I am concerned, I agree with that terms of view[哦? 疑问], while, sometimes training is an indispensable way [对way没有说明吗?] to some extent.[狒狒开头的立论我看的不是很明白。
On the one hand, people probably draw different conclusions when they observe and interpret the same materials since they have distinct personalities. This is why at [in?] academic realms or some other fields, the students and scholar would point out different views concerning [about] a same topic. For example, when a gallant person [gallant person?? 勇敢的?] begin to observe some materials for a research, he/she would have some kind of new view though such view might be considered as the one [去掉as the one] without sufficient evidence and demonstration by the other people [others就好] whose personality contain more conventional and rounded mind [Chinglish….. others who are inclined to a more conventional point or who lack rounded thoughts] [这句够长…. And the latter, based on the same material, is bound to bring about some other kind of views which are more sufficient but quite conventional in general. 还in general! It is the case illustrating that personalities, usually different from each other for people, determine the views, conclusions and some interpretations in some sense.
On the other hand, some extent of constrictions Restriction和circumscription一定程度是同义] should be put on personalities to prevent them from being so [too/over] wild. So training is also needed, otherwise people do things only by their personalities only to find that fault and mistakes are brought about increasingly than ever before[把training理解为限定限制?? It is because that personality relies too much on people’s sense [谁说的?] and neglects some solid but proper and correct boundaries. When scholars are doing an important research about explosive matters, different persons might have different views as is mentioned above. Therefore, some "brave" [bold/forward] man wants [这里把some当某个用? 不如当一些后面用复数] to operate such dangerous experiment out of the research constrictions[同上] only to his/her favor of the way in his/her mind[这是personality么]. Consequently, an accident would happen. To avoid such accidents, training is indispensable in that a formal training could take persons into a formal way to do and to think since most of the ideas given by training are those which have been tested [testified更好] and demonstrated to be true. One would have got a right direction and guidance after a good training though it is always against the wildest [defiant/insubordinate如何] personality.[后面这两句对training总结得还不错。
Accordingly, personality means creativity and variety, while training, to some extent, stands for the requirement of accuracy and experience. That is to say, each of them has its strongpoint and the function of each could not be superceded by the other one[是不是应该去掉one]. Without personality, people might have the same mind and lack of creative power which is quite considerable 好像还有很多比这个贴切的词] in every field especially in academic realm. Thus, the innovation of these fields is[are] very likely to speed down as well as the improvement and development of the whole research and study. At the same time, without training, formal and experienced thoughts and methods would get lost. So people may do study, research and some other [and后面丢了一个动词吗?] projects in a wrong way guided by their personalities more frequently. There will be more accidents, more wrong doings and more waste of time and resources. The most lively and free 怎么和后面的结果联系起来呢,试试看over/excessively/extremely] mind of personality may lead people to[into] a[去掉a, mire不可数] deep mire with a considerable amount of confusions and obstacles. To be brief, only if the two are combined together, the work could go into [step on] a high way [highway] pointing to success.
To sum up, one should never consider that which one of the two, personality and training, is more a matter to have effect on interpretations and some other work in academic fields in that both of them have indispensable significant functions, and the functions of the two are quite different to replace each other[这一句还不如直接在上一句function前面加上and distinctive呢]. Moreover, the combination of the two factors is the most efficient way toward a successful direction.(631)
