收到 UVIC 维多利亚大学 的录取， 还要不要 邮寄成绩单，学位证？

今天收到了UVIC 的AD，当时申请时，学校成绩单和学位证都是发的电子版，那还要不要发快递把纸质的寄到学校？

邮件内容：
Congratulations! We have completed our review and are pleased to inform you that your application for admission to the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the University of Victoria has been provisionally approved.

Your admission to this graduate program is subject to receipt of confirmation of your Master’s degree including your official degree certificate and transcripts from Beihang University. Your admission is also subject to satisfying the English Competency requirement by providing us with official test score results of an acceptable level from one of the following options: TOEFL, IELTS, or MELAB. You will be assigned a Supervisor once you arrive. Please confirm your acceptance of this offer by May 11, 2015, via email to the MTIS secretary (ecegsec2@uvic.ca).

As there are a limited number of places in the graduate programs, please let us know whether or not you will be able to accept this offer of admission. You may do this by replying to this email or in writing to our mailing address above.

DEFINITIONS

Official Transcript or Confirmation of Degree
An official document bears an original university seal or stamp. It must be received in an envelope which has been sealed and endorsed by the issuing institution. Unless the documents are only available in English, we require the official original language document accompanied by literal English translations which have been certified by the institution which issued the degree. Notarized documents are not considered official for final admission purposes.

Transcript in Progress
An official transcript showing your courses and grades completed to date.

Transcript of Degree
An official transcript showing that your degree has been awarded. If your degree will not be awarded officially until after your requested start date, please have an original letter sent from your Registrar's office, confirming that all your degree requirements are complete, and that your degree will be awarded at the upcoming graduation.

Confirmation of Degree
This is a separate, official document from your transcript, indicating that your degree has been granted or conferred. This is commonly not required from North American institutions as the transcript indicates the date on which the degree has been awarded.

要的，original密封件需要寄送，然后是official offer

UVic的话如果你不着急把conditional offer变成offer，开学之前带过去就行。
注意要学位证和毕业证原件及学位证公证书（主要是公正书是中英文的），成绩单必须是密封信封盖了学校骑缝章的不能拆。
到时候交到Graduate Studies，他们审核之后一周之内就会还给你了。

不客气，不放心也可以和他们确认一下或者告知对方一下，但是我一路申请过的几个加国的硕士博士，这样都是可以的，包括你的UVic。

亲 我想问一下你申的UVIC研究生的什么专业哦？拿的conditional offer么？都需要提交什么？雅思是直接考到学校要求的分数发给学校的嘛？因为我也想申UVIC的研究生目前在准备呢，希望你能解答一下我的问题或者能不能给我什么建议 ？ 还有就是今年九月的学期已经来不及了  明年一月份的学期他们会收人么？十分感谢呢！！！

问下层主，申Uvic是网申通过了才会给offer或AD，然后提交相关材料吗？
