单词：400，最近一直再想怎么提高单词效率。三千过了扇贝过了一遍，杨鹏法过了一遍。中间一个月单词复习时间减少了，虽每天都有坚持，但最近觉得遗忘率上去了。该好好反省     
阅读：No2-5（23min, 72.7%）,No2-6(38min,90.0%),No3-1(28min,63.6%) ，第一次做No，没限时间。
填空：XDF红皮（2套）
作文：学着练了一个提纲，还不敢去作文区开贴让王老师改，先练多一小段时间把。

今天疲态出现，中午午睡直接睡过去了。。。。
背单词最近比较混乱，一会用扇贝，一会用课本，一会用quizlet.......乱

However, it is the achievement of its rulers, artists, or scientists that can be served as the surest indicator of a great nation（让步后提出观点）

ts1(pt1): A nation that can ensure the welfare of all its people do not mean that it can make progress and keep prosperity in its civilization.这里可以举一些例子，某些有比较好的福利，但是其文明却不见得繁荣，根据我对强大国家的定义，这样子的国家不能称之为强大。

ts2(pt2): The unremitting vitality and achievements of its rulers, artists, or scientists demonstrate the prosperity and progress of a nation in its civilization. 政治艺术科技，符合我对与强大国家的定义，这里可以举一些拥有繁盛文明的强大国家。

ts3(pt3): The prosperous achievement in policy, arts and science always means the welfare of its people can be ensure to some extent. （分析两个indicator的关系）The welfare of the people is like a cornerstone of a nation, and the achievement of its rulers, artists, or scientists is the superstructure. With merely a good foundation, we cannot argue that it has a well superstructure. In contrast, if there is a sound upper structure, there must indicate a solid foundation. It is to say, the achievement of its rulers, artists, or scientists can be a more apparent indicator of a great nation.（指出了，上层建筑更适合判断一个国家是否强大）

本来就感冒，周六考完六级淋了雨，回到宿舍跟狗一样。
隔天周日躺了一天，周一也没学习。
今天才恢复正常作息。
早上6：20起床。

阅读：CHP-14（75%），NO.3-2(30min,72.7%)，No.3-3(29min,100%)，No.3-4(29min,55.6%),效率还是不行。

身体最重要，哪怕先把手头的事放下也要先养好身体，才有劲战G不是~
刚好在准备AW~顺便提一点我自己的看法，水平有限所以……楼主看看就好，当然如果觉得有用的话就更好啦

TS：这一段感觉好像只是说明了观点。可以考虑一下把自己后面要说的原因概括进来，形成前后呼应

这个句子有些问题。划结构的话就变成
A nation that can ensure the welfare of all its people do not mean that it can make progress……

我觉得可以考虑改成A nation that can ensure a good welfare of its people does not necessarily make great progress……

always和to some extent是不是稍稍有点冲突啊？

感觉词汇什么的还不错啊~这样只有2.5？？？ETS也太苛刻了一点吧……

我觉得不用太在意进度。心态很重要，所以不要急~坚持下来，把基础打牢，题目做扎实一点，应该很快会看到进步！
