求助！！wustl和case west的msw到底需要不需要wes成绩认证啊～～

wustl官网上这样写：
If your educational documentation is not in English, you must also provide a certified word-for-word English translation. We will also accept foreign credential evaluation reports from a NACES® member organization such as Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE), Foundation for International Services (FIS), or World Education Services (WES).

这到底是可以拿学校直接翻译的英语成绩单和学位证书还是一定要拿去wes啊？
问了小蜜，她回答的乱七八糟，感觉就是重复了上面的话。。。

case west这个感觉是不用wes认证也可以，但还是心里没谱。。
If your official transcript is in a language other than English, then your transcript must be accompanied by an English translation. Transcripts and/or English translations should be mailed directly to the Mandel School Admissions Office or given to you in a sealed envelope for submission, along with the other supporting application materials. If your institution does not provide English translated transcripts, the Mandel School also accepts evaluations from the following organizations: World Education Services (WES) and Foreign Credentials Service of America.
