Very few stay here long term.  Most students I hear from stay for two years and then return to China.  The few that I have been in touch with who have chosen to stay in the US have been very successful.

China is very different from other countries.  Many of our students from other countries choose to stay in the US.

Because we are an AACSB accredited school, our degrees transfer very well to PhD programs.  In the US though you do not study at the same university for both your graduate education and your PhD.

We offer a project based and case study learning environment.  It takes 2 years to complete the degree programs.  I do not understand your question about academic evaluation pattern of STEM.  Sorry.

You will need two years of working experience to apply to the MBA program.  The major you are in is perfectly suited to the MBA.
