西北kira interview APP软件小总结~以及问题小合集！攒RP

我知道大家该面的都面完了....因为我拖延症+懒癌+工作忙（主要是前两者的原因），最近才把西北的Kira interview做了==我用的是app做的，好像没看到论坛里app的教程，所以我大致给大家说一下攒个人品求offer，也当造福明年的兄弟姐妹吧...

因为最近两会期间网页特别慢容易卡，由于我的各种浏览器经常自动关闭，我怕卡了之后全部抹掉，所以用的APP做的（APP卡了之后题目会一直留在那里，第四道题我大概看了十分钟，因为卡住了，我把软件关了又开无数次过了好久重新做的，同时前面几道题目也保留着）。 APP叫Kira Interview, apple store直接搜索就行了，如果是ipad需要搜iphone软件才搜得到。遇到不喜欢的题目把软件删了重新下载即可！（对不起我真的就是这样一个钻空小能手）不需要网页上测网速一系列的繁琐过程，而且六道全部都是口语题，网页版的可能遇到两道作文概率很大，如果不喜欢写作文的我非常推荐大家用app，也容易重新操作。用软件需要注意一下你成功注册Kira之后发给你的邮件里有一行小字(非常小，要仔细找)，是用app登陆的一个code，大家不要放弃寻找。另外，请把手机内存清理好了，有足够的空间储存录好的视频很重要！

我是删了两次app重新下载才碰到我准备过的题目，没想到接下来全是准备过的= =所以感觉还算比较好。我记得前两次碰到的都是什么让你wake up的动力是什么，我之前也完全没有看到任何面经提过这题目完全没有准备过，所以我果断删掉了app重新下载，之后又碰到了，又删软件重新下载…….毅力惊人…..

注意：我看之前的面经大家都是45s准备，1min30s答题，这个app是30s准备1min答题，不知道为什么= =我其实按之前面经准备的答案刚刚好1min，让我说多了我也说不出来….


接下来附上我当时准备的kira问题清单，都是寄托上搜集的，感谢！！！大家要是不嫌烦我把我之前整合好的发到这里，反正我上面的6道题目全都是这里面的，真的超级感谢之前分享的盆友们，你们写的问题我原封不动摘取的，版权问题由于我已经记不住那几个ID了，求轻拍谢谢TOT虽然面试也没那么重要，自己能准备好的准备好了心里也踏实一点，我真的是每个问题都大概想了一下，要我临时应辩肯定只能瞎扯内容方面肯定要水多了。所以以后的兄弟姐妹们想的话可以看一下这个准备，我觉得80%都应该有了，重复率很高的~也欢迎大家补充我可以加进来！

作文（我用的app并没有遇到作文，这都是我把之前面经摘抄下来整合的）

2.What do you do when you don't know the answer to a question? Is it better to pretend that you know the answer and make one up, or is it better to admit that you don't know? Give an example of this from your life.
3.Is it more important to be well-liked by your colleagues or to always be right? Explain your answer.

5.What skills do you utilize when adapting to new and/or unfamiliar situation?

7.If you are going to fail to meet an important deadline, what do you do?
8.Have you been blamed for something at work that was not your fault? Describe what happened. How did you handle this?

并不建议遇到不喜欢的题目直接换题目，虽然说不清楚为什么。学校那边究竟能不能获得反馈谁也不知道。我反正 ...

因为这个软件本身就有Bug 所以就算正常录也会出现各种情况。。。我知道商学院那边MBA申请人很多这么干的噗还有发邮件给Kira说你们这个软件有问题人家也承认 这个软件也是第三方开发的= =不过能说下去就说下去钻空子毕竟不好是真的~
