Engineering PhD Fellowship positions available at TAMUK for fall 2016

Two PhD fellowship positions are available in Sustainable Energy System Engineering (SESE) doctoral program in College of Engineering at Texas A&M University-Kingsville (TAMUK). The selected students will perform cutting edge research on atomistic simulation of metal surface erosion by ion bombardment for fusion science or nuclear reactor neutronics simulation and methodology development. This program will award SESE doctoral degree. The students must finish the doctoral study within 4 years.

Eligibilities:
Must hold a Master degree in engineering or science (preferred areas include nuclear, mechanical, material, electrical, computer sci. and so on);
Expertise in scientific computing;
Proficient in at least one programming language;

Benefits:
Fellowship of $1300/month * 48 months;
Full tuition waiver;
Possible RA/TA extra wage;
