受王老师委托, 帮他进行有奖竞猜的分类的整理:

我在博士科研的过程中将152道issue题重新分了12大类，剩下一道题未分类。现在我将这些分类公布出来。为了检查我的分类是否合理，我先举例解释分类的理由，然后列出可能属于这一分类的题目给大家选。请大家留言参与，也算是一个熟悉题库的过程。

第7类： Evaluating greatness or merit（共18题，其中10题重复）
分类原则：本类所有的命题都涉及评估品质的重要性。
举例：issue 28<113,120,121,127,145>: The surest indicator of a great nation is represented not by the achievements of its rulers, artists, or scientists, but by the general welfare of its people.
