关于graduate diploma专业含金量的问题

我本科和研究生都是金融专业，现已在银行工作三年，对编程很感兴趣，但基本是零基础，只是刚刚在业余时间自学了一点。看到iss的GDipSA 介绍是专为想转行的人开设的专业，我觉得很适合自己，但是又担心，除了5个月的实习时间，只有6个月的课程学习时间，那这6个月的编程学习能到什么程度呢？毕竟计算机专业的科班学生都是学了最少4年的，和他们比外行转GDipSA 的学生毕业后找工作有竞争力么？希望能有了解的人介绍一下，谢谢！
