关于NY BAR 审核有效期的问题！

本人最终选择了USC两年制LLM，想参加NY BAR，最近在搜集这方面的资料，但是有个问题就是：
两年制的话肯定是两年后取得LLM学位后再考即2020年7月底，但是可不可以现在2018年寄送审核需要的材料呢？因为材料不是得从国内寄送出去吗？我不想在两年中在为了这个回国。
所以特地想问问大家关于有效期的问题，我现在寄了，两年后可以再考吗？

可以提前两年递交 Advance Evaluation of Eligibility 的申请。

本质上和一年制的 LLM 一样。

因为只有在你两年的 LLM 顺利毕业后，你才是真正地被 "cure" 啦。

All applicants applying to sit for the bar examination under Section 520.6 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals (Study of Law in Foreign County) must complete the Online Foreign Evaluation Form before they may submit an application to sit for the New York bar examination.
