这两天我犯懒呢，不过还是给你看吧，好久没写东西了，水平肯定还不如你呢，你就将就着看吧啊


To be successful in life, I think, the most important characteristic a person should have is the honesty. （不用the吧？读着好别扭） As is known to all, （你肯定这么用吗？） honesty is the basic element for people to communicate with each other. Without honesty, there would be no actual interaction and cooperation between （among吧？） people, not to mention other complex human activities.

First of all, since human being is a kind of social animals, each person has his （one's吧？） own friends. Above all, friendship is founded on the basis of trust. We believe in our intimate friends and tell them our true inner voice. As time passing by, there goes （there后面好象只能加be啊） the deep friendship. If one is dishonest even to his intimate friends and tell lies constantly, his lies will certainly be exposed one day. Once his friends realize this point, they will no longer trust the liar and thus the friendship is close down correspondingly. How can we make friends with the liars?

When stepping into the society, a person has to work with many co-workers. Although the relationship between co-workers seems a little different from that of friendship, honesty still plays the most important （建议不要用最高级，太绝对了） role in it. In a project group, the main goal of all members in it is to accomplish certain task.（少冠词）  A typically cooperative team often shares some wonderful ideas among the members.（不需要用冠词）  Only through honesty can everyone in the group express his own （their） ideas directly. The more honest the members are, the more cooperative and efficient the group will be.

I concede that there are still many other qualities a person should be equipped with in order to succeed. But without honesty, intelligence will lead to abuse resources for improper use, and also without honesty, the sense of humor will turn out to be superficial and insincere. Honesty, in my opinion, is the most precious quality for one person.


总体来说，觉得写的很向issue，语言部分我看的比较粗，好久没写也没改别人的东西了，全是凭语感给你改的。

TWE我觉得还是写成5段比较好，你选的这种题目，我觉得开头点题，中间罗列3个理由，然后结尾就OK了。
比如你说诚实是最重要的品质，那么可以列举原因，如诚实是人与人交往的基础啊，诚实的人可以交到更多的朋友啊，诚实可以拉近人们之间的距离啊，等等。

总体来说，写的还不错，继续努力！

对了，文章中尽量避免第三人称的出现，因为涉及性别的问题，这个和GRE作文要求差不多吧。

It has been said, “not everything that is learned is contained in books.” Compare and contrast knowledge gained from experience with knowledge gain from books. In your opinion, which source is more important.

When it comes to the knowledge, Some people say that it’s more important to get it from books while others believe that experience is a much more important source of knowledge.As far as I am concerned, both of them are the essential resource for us to explore the world. Any one who discard either aspect of the twoo cannot become a successful person in his life.

“Books are the ladder for progress”. It gives us the knowledge beyond the scope of our experience. In books, I travel all over the world and see various beautiful landscope which I have never been;
in books, I see Newton’s great ideas and his deep understanding in Physics field; in books, I see Chinese long history and its great inventions. Books are the most important tools for us to learn knowledge. Maybe you don’t like reading, you will feel happy or relaxed when you leave books for a time. But can you feel the long happiness after that? You may feel lonely or anxious because you lose the most intimate friends of our human beings.

Another equally important aspect from which we obtain knowledge is the experience. Almost each of our basic skill such as walking, articulating and reading come from our own experience. Without practice, you may still lie on bed and cannot say any word. In addition, sometimes we get a much deeper understanding through our experience. We may not quite understand or feel confused after we have a physics course. But after an experiment, every point of the theorem, the process and much detailed information will be quite clear for us. In this point of view, experience is more effecctive and efficient than books.

In my opinion, both of experience and books are of equal importance. Books make the base for our knowledge system and experience serve us to understand it more deeply.We cannot overlook each of them. Only if we combime our knowlede both from practice and books can we say we understand this world quite well.
