还是有的，我知道的荷兰瑞典之类的都有挺多的奖学金，但听说比利时没有

恭喜楼主！请问下楼主是2019应届生嘛？如果是的话有没有提交在读证明或预计毕业证明呢？是自己写好后找学校盖章的还是学校可以自助打印呢？我们学校可以自助打印在读证明，但没有具体的预计毕业日期，不知道这样可不可以行得通。
还有请问关于待完成的课程列表，是不是也是自己写好后找学校盖章呢？

嗯 我用的学校自助打印的在读证明 至于课程嘛。。。我前三学期学分就差不多够了，就没写在读课程之类的

是的，condition就是寄送学位证书成绩单这些吧
这是莱顿的：
submit an official copy of your PRC - Bachelor of Arts / Science in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics and transcript of grades from University.
Your university must send officially certified copies in a sealed envelope directly to Leiden University. If a diploma is required, we need both your Degree Certificate and Graduation Certificate. We also accept Credential Reports (English version; no Chinese) of your Higher education transcripts and Degree certificates confirming your degree (not just your graduation) from the China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center (http://www.chinadegrees.cn); you are invited to upload the English document in our admissions database system on the Apply page under Admission Decision; the document needs to contain a file number and an application number.
