LSE被拒后被推荐补申，到底要不要交补申费？

本人申请LSE传媒相关的两个志愿在二月底都被拒了，但是LSE发邮件给我推荐了另外一个专业Social and Public Communication，叫我3.15日之前重新进入LSE补申系统提交新的PS重新审核，并且不用交补申的100镑administrative fee。
我3.13上传了新的ps，但是那个补申页面说“You must pay an administrative fee to be considered for new choices. In 2019/20, this fee is ￡100.”，说只有交了补申费才会受理。。。但是当时想的是既然邮件官方有说不用交申请费我就没有交，但是上传成功了新的ps，并且收到了信息确认的邮件，邮件里说“You will receive an acknowledgement email once the form is processed.”。

但是过了一周了，到现在我的LSE个人系统都还没有出现补申专业的信息，并且也没有收到acknowledgement email，我不知道是不是因为没交申请费的原因没有接受我的补申。。。打电话和发系统邮件给LSE都没有人回。。。。但是官方明确说了不用交费。现在特别迷，所以想问一下大家有没有遇到过这种推荐补申专业的情况啊？:dizzy: :dizzy:

正常补申都是学生拒了直接申的所以一般都交费了
但你这种官方说明不用交费我觉得是不用交 不过估计特殊情况他们可能处理的比较慢?

谢谢🙏但是今天系统更新了，上面显示Application Assessment Fee 是Not Received。。。Status是Your application is held pending further preliminary documentation，所以应该还是要交费 好迷，晕倒。。。
