Job Responsibilities
        Assist management in sourcing and maintaining of new and existing banking facilities.
        Coordinate with financial institutions to prepare credit proposals, memorandum, due diligence packages and other materials as requested.
        Perform industry research and financial analysis including financial modeling and valuation.
        Assist the line manger to prepare monitoring documents for existing banking facilities and other debt facilities.
        Assist the line manager to prepare quarterly management accounts and audit report supporting documents.
        Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
        University Degree or above preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
        Previous experience in audit firm or accounting will be an asset
        Self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure
        Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
        Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
        Comfortable in frequent travels between mainland cities and Hong Kong
        Immediate availability preferred
