这是我收到的城市大学传播的offer of mphil，里面有几个地方不太明白，希望大家帮我看看。Attached please find a copy of the letter and the forms (i.e. 1, 2 & 3) for your reference first. 这是让我复印文件吗？reference first 是什么意思？

I would let you know that your application for admission to a research degree programme is successful. The offer letter with the related documents (including [1] Details of the Student's Candidature and Supervisory Arrangement; [2] Acceptance of Offer; [3] Transcript Request Form; [4] Admission Note; [5] Application forms for applying visa/entry permit) were mailed to you in late June. Attached please find a copy of the letter and the forms (i.e. 1, 2 & 3) for your reference first. For acceptance of offer, please kindly complete and fax the reply form to me not later than 12 July 2005 (i.e. earlier than our deadline).

I received two offers nearly at the same time in the late of May,
communication in HKBU, sociology in CUHK, I gave up the former one
because of the high fees.

No way! the offers I got are all taught programme. I will arrive in CUHK in
August.
