The world changes faster and faster. In an effort to make themselves imformed , people always think about the question that from who they can learn more.The speaker asserts that we can usually learn more from people whose views we share . However ,I partly disagree with the speaker's claim, for disagreements between people can also bring out some advantages .(59)

Adimittedly,disagreements sometimes under some certain conditions will cause stress and inhibit learning. For instance, if two people or two groups cannot reach an agreement on a subject, especially  on the foundamental level, people may put too much emphasis on agrue with each other in order to prove the opponents' view is wrong rather than calmly analyse the advantages and disadvantages of others' views . The end result is that learning is impeded.(72)

It goes without saying that agreements bring us enjoyable and harmonious ambience. On the one hand , agreements between people firstly confirm an identification on emotion,which can easily lead people to communicate under a good condition. We are willing to talk .We are willing to listen. On the other hand ,when I find there are subtle difference between our views, firstly I will do a self-examination to reconsider the reasoning and the foundation of my opinion. Even my opinion are proved to be little peccable, I still have a good  will to listen to other's views. (96)

Although agreement is precious in communication,it does have some negetive effects. Firstly, the views , seemingly the same to me ,can only confirm my views but provide little enlighten and cannot widen my vision at all. Secondly ,if one are always surrounded by agreements, he or she will gradually lose the ability of accepting others' different opinions. Agreement sometimes also inhibits learning.(63)

However, the views, contradicted with ours , are the drive which can pull us to treat everything in a critical way. In the first place,different views can reinforce each other. One cannot bethink of every aspects of a problem, so it needs many people's brightness to make the thing into an integrated one.,  the integrated idea still cannot be ensured before examine the problem from different points of view. So we can never ignore but only carefully analyse others' different views in that of they may be the best complementarity and prove-test. What's more, different views can promote inspiration each other . Different ideas mean different ways of thinking. When our thinking traps in a deadlock, other peoples'perspective may be a key to rescue ourselves. Last but not least, accepting disagreements is just a kind of tolerance. Because we can rationally treat the different prospectives ,we have a capability to judge the new ideas fairly instead of some who can only accept agreements killing new things without thinking. In other word , disagreements encouge innovation. (177)

In sum, we should not only get and enjoy an improvement from people whose views shared with us, but also get learn to use a wide vision and critical think to treat the views which different from us.(39)
