方法一：使用杀毒工具（非symantec提供）

使用方法：

　　1. 用WinRAR将下载的TSC.zip解压至一个目录，例如：C:\msn；

　　2. 点开始-->运行-->输入cmd，进入命令行模式；

　　3. 键入 c:\msn\tsc.exe运行专杀工具。

　　更多说明：专杀工具运行完毕后，重启并扫描机器检查是否杀毒成功。

方法二：杀毒工具杀毒失败

a.      Click Start > Run.

b.      Type regedit
Then click OK.

c.      Navigate to the keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\OLE

d.      In the right pane, delete the value:
"win32" = "winhost.exe"

e.      Exit the Registry Editor.

f.       重启并扫描机器检查是否杀毒成功。
