The contemporary technology develops so rapidly that the world changes tremendously. One of the characteristic of the era is the development of information technology, which makes available many small pieces of factual information. Submerged in such amount of fragmented information, people need treat them calmly and appropriately in order not to ignore the larger issue and overall perspectives. My view can be greatly substantiated by the following discussions.

With the development of science of technology, small pieces of factual information are collected, as a result, through analysis and filtration, fragmented information is simplified, and more detailed and more comprehensive information will benefit people. Fragmented information provides a large quantity of facts about what happened, what is created and what disappears allover the world compactly, in order to assist us to make the right decision. As American economist Cebrows Arthur once said, “Information is power, the information domain is the future battlefield”, which illuminate the importance of information. Figuratively speaking, larger issue is build by small pieces of factual information such as the house is build up by small bricks, but a pile of untreated factual fragmented information is not a issue not more than a pile of brick is not a house. In addition, access to great deal of information help people to get a wider view of an issue, thus to prevent them being limited in thought.

However, if people ignore some small pieces of information, the frame of larger issue or overall perspective will change even turn into falsity. Whether the information is useful or not depend on its content rather than its size and quantity. Take the World War II for example, small piece of information deciphered by the USA navy that the Japanese air force would make a surprise attack on the Pearl Harbor, did not drew enough attention of the US government, in return the US Pacific Armada is collapsed completely, and thousands of soldier lose their lives. So the importance of some fragmented information is obvious.

Though it is easy to college small pieces of information, discrimination between important information and trifle ones is a hard work in limited period of time. When people search some information on the internet, large amount of information connected or irrelated appear on the screen, such as advertisement, announcement, and old news which debase people's efficiency of treatment. Meanwhile, not each piece of factual information is beneficial to the overall perspective. Incorrect, irrational, fantastic and demagogic information such as these will inhibit the formation our issue and perspective.

To sum up, differentiate and analyses of fragmented information provide evidence to the larger issue and overall perspective sufficiently. To prevent being preoccupied by the fragmented information, people should hold right view on information, not to assimilate all, and a glance at the irrelated ones is enough.
