最近看到不少人需要给学校提交这个，下面这个是偶的原创，中间粉色的一句大家可以斟酌要不要写上，我当时是写上了的。当然关于申请人和你的关系，也需要根据实际情况修改

另外要注意，一定要随support letter附上official bank letter，即银行盖章的财产证明原件，上面的数目要足够cover tuition+fees+living expenses-financial aids provided by school。

Dear Admission Officers,

By signing this affidavit of support, I promise to be financially responsible for my daughter ** concerning her tuition, fees, living expenses and any other relevant expenses during her graduate studies in your university. I am also enclosing relevant bank letters to prove I have enough amounts on deposit in their institutions. However, I sincerely hope this letter will not exclude her from getting fellowship, teaching assistantship or other financial assistances from the school.

谢谢夏天，不过银行开出的原件好象是中文，存款数也是中文呢，怎么办？自己换算翻译成美金吗？
另外，有学校要我寄GuarantorStatement（In US Dollars) 和Repetory( if appropriate),我理解就是资金证明和房产证明，不知对吗^__^

钱没问题，都是开人民币的，小米会用计算器帮你换算出来:)
