High-profile awards such as the Nobel Prize are actually damaging to society because they suggest that only a few people deserve such recognition.
------正文------(刚刚有牛人跟我说,段落中间在写的时候要空一行)
Are the high-profile awards such as the Nobel Prize really damaging to society as they demonstrate(demonstrated,要用被动态) that just a few people are worthy of recognited(worthy of 后面接动名词就是被动的意思好像)? The speaker say(says) so. In my opinion, it is obvious that just a few people can get the high-profile awards, however, just as it is so valueable that people are trying to make great performances and finally may attain the awards. Moreover, people will not suffer from the high-profile awards, whether it is good for us or not depends on the attitude of man.
Firstly, the high-profile awards have many advantages to human beings as following. The high-profile awards such as the well-known Nobel Prize can encourage man to strive for their research in spirit. In fact, it is the spirit that make people go on with theri work at any time, particularly when they come across obstacles on the way to their ideal. as it's illustrated by the example of a great deal of famous man. Such as Mozert, he never give up after become(becoming) deaf. As a result, he make great contribution to us in the art.
Secondly, the true researchers trying their best to work doesn't intend to get the high-profile but devote themselves to improving the socitey and promot the development of civilization, therefore, the high-profile just demonstrate their great contribution and set an helpful examples for the next generations. There are many famous scientist in physics, mathetics, and astonomy, such as Alert Enistain etc. As the famous relative theory released by Enistian, he actually doesn't mean to get the high awards but just his interest and an impulse to dig out the mystery of the world. As it demonstrated above, scientists just want to explore their research fields but not the award. Meanwhile, when they achive great proformances. The high awards just encourage they and let everyone else know their work.
Finally, as we know that there are just a few people can get the High-profile awards, however, it doesn't necessarily suggest that there are only a few people who deserve such recognition. As it illustrated by the example of Bill Gates. Gates have created the Microsoft and the popular operating system, as it is make high effeciency and comfortable for so many works, all of us recongize his greatness though he has not get the High-profile awards. Therefore, it is not getting High-profile awards but the great achievement that makes one popular for now and the future.
Meanwhile, the attitude of the scientist is much essential, one would just become great and popular just in the way of devoting fully himself to the research work but not try to get the awards.
In sum, the high-profile awards itself would do good for scientists by encourage him and giving him passion to work until get the final result, and will never damage the society because that there are only a few people can get it.
