普通211本 23fall 欧陆经济学定位

BG：普通211经济学本科，均分84，雅思7，GRE在考，学校没有开中级课程，也没啥科研经历。
自己比较偏好微观/计量/制度/劳动这几个方向，希望能在欧陆或者美国读博，但自己背景确实一般。

想请教一下23fall主要申请：德国Mannheim/Bonn/Cologne；荷兰UvA/VUA/Rotterdam/Tilburg授课硕；比利时KUL/UCL；再加上UC3M抽个奖。对于我这个背景，申这些学校定位不知道是否合理，或是有更合适的选择？

另外想问一下，荷兰TI对应的三所学校授课硕课程设置比较专一些，比如鹿特丹的计量就只有计量相关的课程，没法选高微，后续直接申请博士是不是不太方便呢？以及这三个学校的一年硕再申TI会有优势吗？

给楼主提一个不是关于定位的信息：

如果考虑申德国的话APS审核要提前准备材料，那个对很多德国和德语区项目是必备的，资料还比较庞杂而且需要面谈。

1.如果日后想去美国最好直接去美国，没有必要来欧洲走一遭。
2.欧洲taught econ master项目没啥定位合不合理的，满足硬标准，课程匹配基本都有很大可能申上；但你要注意是不是你想在这个taught master学的课程都有英语课。
3.Bocconi ESS, PSE M1, TSE M1这些跳板楼主未必申不到（如果数学BG很好的话），如果愿意卷的话也可以考虑。
4.荷兰的Taught master就去Tilburg那个（https://www.tilburguniversity.ed ... rogrammes/economics）就行，之后再申荷兰以及欧陆别的MRes认可度也都还行（在不同的机构见过不少那个项目出来现在在做phd的人 ），非想去ESE/UvA/VUA的话可以选UvA的Behavioural Economics and Game Theory track，不过我觉得这并不会对你之后申TI的MPhil有明显的额外加成。
5.KUL可以直接申Master in Economics，第二年转advanced然后满足相应的条件就可以转phd；UCLouvain楼主应该可以直接申到MRes (general track)，课程结构上这是一个介于taught master和research master的项目；其实UCLouvain那个正经MRes (econometrics)楼主硬要申我觉得也不是不能argue到的，只不过如果没有中微基础可能确实有点困难吧；ULB的Master in Economic Governance and Public Policy in Europe其实是可以读完第一年直接转MRes的，不过风险确实也是不小。
6.你所说的23fall是指入学还是申请季？如果是指入学最好规划一下你的tl，如果你申请的德国或比利时的学校要求申请时提交aps那现在就得去做，如果没要求就等offer下来再说，比利时和德国的aps不通用，最好不要来回折腾。如果是指申请季，能不能想个办法把中级课给修了……

卡三一年的那个经济硕应该问题不大，研究硕大概很难。
UCLouvain是注册制的，看一下要求要是前置课程修满，按要求提交材料，基本就没问题。
其他不了解。祝申请顺利，收到梦校offer！

1.因为经济问题就不考虑美国了，我看KUL一年项目也能选高级课程，不知道一年硕再努力找个美国的一年RA可行不？
2.德国我看的几所学校都是英文项目，也能选research track的课程，感觉整体设置还是比较合理的，曼海姆似乎还能交换到HKUST和TSE M2。APS这两天就能交，德国大部分四月开始，应该还来得及。
3.PSE和TSE这些我倒是愿意卷，但大一大二那会数学成绩比较一般，没啥特别突出的，可能就毕业论文分数还行，大概院内前3这样，感觉不是很有希望。
4.那荷兰就主要看Tilburg就可以了吧，不知道ESE的项目如何呢？
5.关于课程问题，因为之前准备考研的原因，Varian、Pindyck、Nicholson三本中微和Mankiw的中宏都有详细学过，应该跟上课程没啥问题，但确实没有课程和考试记录，也没法再补上中级课程了
6.整体规划上申请这些学校应该没啥大问题吧?

谢谢答主，只能卡三摸奖了，这种一年Taught Course+一年RA和德国比利时的两年硕士相比哪个在往上申请上更有优势呢

我也看这些项目了，如果可以2+3是最好的，就是担心我这个背景没啥竞争力，不太容易申请可能？

额……朋友你从哪里看的德国的2+3本科毕业直接可以申的……德国那几所差不多就是明说招硕士起点的了……基本欧陆排名靠前的明确为2+3的项目（过qualification就能直接从course phase转dissertation phase而不需要经过竞争性选拔）陆本毕业能申到的很少（TI和Tilburg的MPhil算是本科起点相对容易申到的，但这俩转phd却又存在一定的竞争性）……

Therefore, a start after the course phase is only possible if you have already taken courses within another doctoral program or if you have a master's degree explicitly in economic research. The duration of our combined MSc Economic Research/Doctoral Program does not differ from that of other comparable doctoral programs. The two-staged structure of a course phase and a dissertations phase gives our students the benefit to earn a (second) master's degree on the way to the doctoral degree. (仅修完econ授课硕的课程仍需要从course phase开始)

A: Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree only are eligible to apply for the program, however, they must also apply for a Master’s program offering a so-called “fast track” option at one of the participating institutions, which runs parallel to the BSE program. The BSE Core Courses as well as the majority of the BSE Elective Courses are approved for the available Master’s programs in Berlin. Furthermore, students must take additional Master’s courses in order to earn the required 120 ECTS in examinations as part of the Master’s program. The examination rules of the respective Master’s program provide more details on whether BSE courses can be credited to the program and which additional Master’s courses must be taken in order to earn the Master’s degree. （本科起点需要另读一个硕士/pre program，即便可以跟2+3的course phase有学分互通一般也需要至少+1年）

想去美国的话(phd or RA) 比利时荷兰德国那几所基本都不太可能, 最优选择应该是巴政和pse, 然后是bocconi和eief

是的，这个track在德国一般和普通硕士不互通，不是说普通硕士毕业的项目可以转成博士，可以理解成为直接申了个博。
