The new, larger building would be more energy efficient, costing less per square foot to heat and cool than the old hall. Furthermore, it would be possible to rent out some of the space in the new building, thereby generating income for the town of Rockingham.'

今天只有两名考生，我觉得挺顺利的。归根结底，多准备总是没错的。看到issue的两篇作文都是熟悉的，其中一篇还写过的时候，真是特别高兴。想想两个月的努力没有白搭。我最后是以issue 35篇，argument 17篇的准备上考场的。模考了9－10次吧。毕竟底子比较弱，六级都是不小心就过了的。大家一定不要放弃高频题目，虽然有些题目很难写。我都是硬着头皮写的。刚开始的头几篇真是痛苦，写到好像要得抑郁证了，不过后来就好了，至少心态就平和。有些文章就是中文也很难，何况英文呢。大家一定要有信心，我经常挂在口头上就是，有什么难得到我们勤劳勇敢的中国人！不要被论坛上的漂亮文章吓倒，反正时间就是那么有限，对的起自己就行，能提高多少算多少。就当着一次作文强化训练，也是值得的。能用别的民族的文字表达自己的思想，确实是很值得开心的。每个人的准备都不一样，我想，共同的经验就是要练，要改。考试前别忘了把写过的过一过，不要白写了，考场上很紧张，写过的不一定想的起来，而且打字也慢了。
