Hi，buddies and girls, how is your day today. I believe every day is a big day possibly for anyone. Recently, I thought about leadership every now and then. You know, those things concerning the future, if you don’t want to work for other people afterwards , then you have to think about becoming a leader yourself and let other people work for you. You know, sometimes those kind of stuff really could give you a headache. The reason I said this is due to the fact that most of us are kinda like escaping everything we face everyday and everywhere. Obviously, the majority of human beings are “enjoying ” their lifestyle everyday, not to fight for it, which is exactly why in the current world and time, leaders are always in the minority part. However, like Bush said in the 2004 presidential debate ,”you can run, but you can’t hide”. OK, maybe you are a little confused concerning what I am saying, and let me simply put it this way: think of every single hurdle and difficulty you frequently come across in your routine, have you ever found the courage and confidence and passion to overcome every piece of it, or conversely and unhopefully you just say to yourself every time, “sorry, I can’t do it, I can’t make it, time for doing that is over”. C’mon boys and girls, what are you talking about. If we are human beings, there is nothing we can’t succeed, giving yourself some magic beans! Believe yourself even though it is hard, you can make it anyway. Why Chinese are so much more and china territory is so big but we just can’t catch up America? One of the most important reasons is we always avoid things, but they always strive to achieve them, that is the difference. See, you don’t have the “can do” attitude or “keeping trying” spirit. We are always having a thought that could be described as “if we can pass today, then we shall be very appreciating it”. In some point, we just don’t dare facing the reality. Unfortunately and ironically,we are indeed living in this word, we are living in earth. If we don’t crack it, the same obstacle will in our way over and over again, and don’t you think it’s annoying? In addition, we would have to work very hard and compete with other people so that we can make the ends meet, or simply don’t feel guilty to live as a human. Some people wanna ask me where my feelings come from. First of all, I think this topic is evitable in everyone’ mind, we all need to have our own career. Secondly, I can quite frankly tell you I have read Bill Clinton’s   biography “my life” recently, and I definitely agree with the people who think the one in the book is exactly what our icon could look like, or that is what our target could be—leader, yeah you are right. Last but definitely not least, I personally think the best way to improve our quality and clean our untidy thought and confused mind would have to be looking upon those successful leaders, because this way you are always let the possibility open that sooner or later you can also become a successful person. That is the reason why I share my story in the bottom of my heart with you. Ok, so much to say this time, hope you can make your comment about this article and leadership, in terms of our future. After all, the final and sole purpose is to make us all a very promising sky!
